Unfortunately people have repeatedly taken advantage of my good nature and I am therefore left with no other option than to operate a NO TRANSFERS & NO REFUNDS booking system on ALL SESSIONS!
As a small, family run business it is becoming detrimental to the running of Sugar Lumps and it is impossible to offer this service any longer. Please understand that when booking a session or a course with us that your child is committing to attend. If they are unable to attend FOR ANY REASON then you would lose the session and therefore forfeit any payments made.
